Overview

The Registered Physiotherapist supports patients in improving movement, function, and participation in daily activities. The role involves assessing patient needs, planning and delivering appropriate physiotherapy interventions, and monitoring progress. You will work collaboratively with patients and colleagues to support coordinated, responsive care.

we are looking for part time on wednesdays and saturdays

Responsibilities

- Assess patients’ mobility, physical function, and care needs, then develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver physiotherapy interventions, guide patients through exercises, and provide clear instruction for safe participation.
- Monitor and document patient progress, communicate relevant updates, and coordinate care with the wider team.




- Apply appropriate approaches when supporting patients in acute care and pediatric settings.

Skills

Required: Practical patient care skills, explicit communication, accurate documentation, and the ability to use medical terminology when recording or discussing care. Preferred: Hospital experience, acute care experience, and familiarity with pediatrics are valuable strengths for supporting varied patient needs. Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 per week
