Team Auctions
Kamloops
Every auction we run depends on a robust front office. As our Client Service Lead in Kamloops, you'll be a key point of contact for consignors, buyers and our sales team, keeping each sale organized from first contract to final payment. If you thrive on variety, have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy being a trusted resource for others, this role is for you.
About Team Auctions
Team Auctions is proudly part of Sekura Auctions Ltd., a name that has led the auction industry for over 60 years. From heavy equipment and real estate to farm machinery, trucks and RVs, our online auctions are rooted in Western Canada and connect buyers and sellers around the globe.
We operate from five locations across Alberta and BC: Drayton Valley (head office), Edmonton, Fairview, Taber and Kamloops. Our team keeps us growing and innovating, and we're looking for motivated people who want to build their careers with us.
Your Role on Our Team
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience. As one of the main faces of Team Auctions, you'll keep consignors and buyers informed in person, by phone or email, and address issues before they grow.
- Lead and support our Kamloops client service team. You'll work closely with the Regional General Manager to keep the team connected, on track and set up for success.
- Manage auction administration end to end. From setup through to close, you'll handle the work behind the scenes, including consignor contracts, asset documents, invoicing and payments, so every consignor and buyer has a seamless experience.
- Support our Territory Sales Managers. You'll prepare the contracts, amendments, consignment proposals and appraisal packages they need to serve their customers.
- Keep our office running smoothly. From opening and closing to cash handling and accurate records, you'll help create a welcoming, well-run space for customers and coworkers.
What You Bring to the Team
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of customer service experience, with a genuine commitment to creating positive customer experiences
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, with the confidence to learn new systems quickly
- A detail-oriented, organized approach that keeps you on top of deadlines and helps you manage multiple tasks with confidence
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a professional, approachable style
- A collaborative, team-first mindset. You lead by example, stay accountable and naturally support and motivate those around you.
What sets you apart:
- Industry experience in auctions, equipment or vehicle dealerships, or agriculture
- Documentation experience with vehicle or equipment registrations, ownership transfers, liens or contracts
- Financial administration experience, such as accounts receivable, invoicing or cash handling
- Familiarity with Auction Flex or similar sales and accounting software
- Leadership experience, whether in a formal role or as a trusted resource who trains and supports others
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $22–$25/hour, based on experience
- Regular weekday hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional weekend support during auctions
- Extra earning opportunities with after-hours phone shifts during active sales
- Access to a comprehensive benefits plan, with health, dental, life and disability coverage for eligible employees
- A Health & Wellness Spending Account that grows with your years of service
- Room to grow, with structured onboarding, ongoing training and career development

- Office-based at our Kamloops auction yard, balancing customer-facing work with computer-based administration
- A strong team culture built on collaboration, respect and support
- A dynamic, fast-paced environment with varied and engaging work
- Light physical activity, such as walking the yard and using stairs, with occasional lifting
