Ellos HR Solutions is recruiting an experienced

General Manager

for a well established global manufacturing organization in the Greater Toronto Area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manufacturing leader to take ownership of a significant operation within a growing international company.

We are looking for someone who combines

strong operational leadership, financial accountability, and the ability to develop high performing management teams .

As

General Manager , you will have overall responsibility for the performance, profitability, and long term success of the manufacturing operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Full P&L; ownership, including financial performance, budgets, and profitability

Providing strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing functions

Driving improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance

Leading business growth initiatives and supporting new manufacturing programs

Developing, mentoring, and strengthening the existing management team

Ensuring robust performance in safety, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction

Implementing operational improvements and driving a culture of accountability

Working closely with senior corporate leadership on business objectives and long term strategy

Qualifications:





Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager within manufacturing

Previous full P&L; responsibility is mandatory

Strong background in automotive, metal manufacturing, or related industrial environments

Experience leading complex, multi shift manufacturing operations

Proven track record of improving

operational performance, profitability, and business results

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary management teams

Excellent communication, decision making, and problem solving skills

Strong emotional intelligence and a hands on leadership approach

Stable employment history with demonstrated long term commitment

Please note:

We are specifically looking for candidates who have already held a

General Manager position with full operational and financial accountability .

Base Salary: Up to $190,000 annually

25% Annual Performance Bonus
