The Director, Integrated Strategy is a hands‑on, day‑to‑day strategist who supports a VP or other senior strategy lead in developing and delivering clear, audience‑led brand strategy across assigned brands and workstreams.

The role is intentionally weighted 75% toward Brand Strategy and 25% toward strategic orchestration. The Director independently owns defined workstreams and deliverables, translating data and audience insight into actionable strategy, creative briefs, workshops, and strategic narratives. The Director works with the VP to integrate Medical, OCX, and subject‑matter‑experts into one coherent recommendation.
