Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your expertise will ensure timely payments, compliance with accounting standards, and support for our company's financial health. Responsibilities

- Process and verify vendor invoices using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities
- Manage data entry tasks with precision




- Support month-end closing processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports
- Assist with vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently

Experience

- Proven experience in accounts payable or related accounting roles within a corporate setting
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Quickbooks Online
- Strong understanding of financial concepts including debits & credits, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliation
- Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
