Service Writer - New Glasgow, NS

We are a leading provider of equipment and services, with 15 locations across the maritimes region. Currently, we are seeking a proactive and reliable individual to join our team as a Service Writer at our Grand Falls location.

The Service Advisor is responsible for supporting the Service Manager by ensuring that all service department records and reports are accurate and submitted on time, contributing to the smooth operation of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries, both internal and external, regarding service department operations
- Handle the processing of warranty claims efficiently
- Update and maintain accurate customer profiles in our system
- Monitor and review technician time entries on a daily basis
- Screen incoming service calls and route them to the appropriate team members
- Generate and manage internal work orders
- Order and allocate parts for service orders as needed
- Communicate with customers and staff regarding parts or service issues

Qualifications:





- Proficient with desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet tools
- Familiarity with general office procedures
- Basic understanding of mechanical or technical terminology is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
