We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Screen Printer and Embroidery Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for operating screen printing, heat transfer and embroidery machines to produce high-quality designs on various apparel and promotional items. Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate screen printing and embroidery machines according to specifications
- Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing
- Ensure accurate placement and alignment of designs on garments.
- Ensure accurate color matching and quality control throughout the printing process
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the printing equipment
- Collaborate with the design team to bring creative concepts to life
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Maintain equipment by cleaning, lubricating, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Experience:





The successful candidate should possess some of the following skills:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well individually and as a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy items as needed.
- Knowledge of embroidery machines and software is beneficial.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to read and understand instructional manuals.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects accurately, each with critical timelines.
- Previous experience in screen printing and/or embroidery preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent English language skills
