Lead commercial contract administration for TTC fleet overhaul programs, applying analytical skills, negotiation, and contract law knowledge within the Commercial Management department. As Senior Contract Administrator, you will manage post-award contracts across fleet overhaul, operations, maintenance, materials, shared services, and enterprise areas. The work includes interpreting requirements, reviewing submissions, managing stakeholders, and optimizing commercial processes. You will protect TTC interests through consistent contract administration, claims mitigation, and supplier performance management. Key Responsibilities:

Lead evaluation and negotiation of commercial contract aspects Review changes, invoices, notices, amendments,



and correspondence Maintain accurate records in the Contract Management System Prepare status reports for management and project teams Lead supplier evaluations, corrective actions, and performance improvements Requirements:

Related college diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience Post-award commercial management experience within transit or similar industry Robust complex contract administration and contracting principles knowledge Understanding of technical, legal, commercial, accounting, and scheduling issues Negotiation, communication, claims management, and reporting skills Apply your contract administration, commercial management, and supplier performance expertise to TTC’s fleet and operational contracts.
