This Lead, Sports Marketing contract supports a North American Athlete Program for an established outdoor equipment and apparel company. You will manage complex athlete relationships, develop seasonal plans, and coordinate work with Marketing, Product, Creative, and Communications. Approximately 25% North American travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a portfolio of mountain sport athlete partnerships
- Recruit talent and support long-term roster planning
- Integrate athletes into campaigns, launches, and activations
- Coordinate sponsored events, gatherings, and industry initiatives




- Evaluate partnership investments and recommend budget decisions

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of sports marketing, sponsorship, or athlete partnerships
- Contract negotiation and budget management experience
- Leadership through mentorship or complex partner management
- Proficiency in at least one mountain sport
- Ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgment
