Aramark is seeking a dependable and motivated Baker to join our culinary team at the University of Manitoba. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment and takes pride in producing fresh, high-quality baked goods.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, muffins, cookies, and other baked products
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Monitor inventory and rotate stock as required
- Keep baking and preparation areas clean and organized
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production needs

Qualifications:

- Previous baking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg (50 lbs)

Schedule:

- Early morning shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekends and holidays as required
