What You’ll Be Doing

- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet Swans Hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.
- Pay close attention to detail, ensuring every room is welcoming, spotless, and guest-ready.
- Assist with laundry—folding and stocking linens and towels.
- Work collaboratively with the front desk team to coordinate room readiness, report maintenance issues, and manage lost & found items.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and qualified manner, answering questions or assisting when needed – housekeeping isn’t just cleaning; it’s part of the guest experience.
- Promptly report any safety or maintenance concerns to management.
- Support your housekeeping team to meet daily cleaning goals efficiently.

- Ability to understand and successfully complete training provided in English.
- Previous hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning experience is strongly preferred. While training and support will be provided, preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate strong cleaning skills, efficiency, and attention to detail.

A Note About the Role

This is an active, hands-on position. Housekeeping team members spend much of their shift on their feet and regularly bend, lift, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks such as making beds and vacuuming. Team members are also required to carry cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuum cleaners, and to move throughout the hotel using stairs as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $22.50 per hour
