The Bar Service Attendant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at Bevo Restaurant by providing warm, professional, and attentive service. This individual is responsible for preparing and serving beverages while helping create a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests courteously and professionally.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages according to established standards.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all beverages served.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
- Process payments and ensure transaction accuracy.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.

Qualifications

- Previous bar or restaurant experience is an asset.




- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
