Role Description The Financial Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in High River, AB. In this position, the representative supports clients by identifying their financial needs, offering appropriate banking products and services, and providing tailored advice on everyday banking, credit solutions, investments, and insurance options. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, processing transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, and proactively following up with clients to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction.

The role also involves meeting individual and branch sales and service goals,



adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver an excellent and inclusive client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Services, with the ability to explain products and solutions clearly to clients.
- Understanding of Investments and basic investment products to support clients in reaching their financial goals.
- Experience in Customer Service, with proven ability to build relationships, resolve issues, and deliver client-focused solutions.
- Familiarity with Insurance products and their role in comprehensive financial planning.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients in person.
- Sales aptitude, goal orientation, and comfort working with performance targets in a branch environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Proficiency with digital banking tools and basic computer applications.
- Previous experience in retail banking or financial services is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
