IT Support Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide Level 2 technical support for end-user computing environments. The ideal candidate should have robust troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with Windows systems, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and enterprise IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, hardware, software, and application issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.
- Work with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and connectivity issues.
- Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.




- Handle escalations, device imaging, software deployment, and patch management.
- Maintain documentation and ensure SLA compliance.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in EUC, desktop support, or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to provide onsite technical support independently.
