Senior Design Consultant & Staging Lead

Position Summary

We are seeking an exceptional, highly accomplished Home Stager/Designer to lead and execute premium residential staging projects while mentoring and inspiring a team of talented stagers. This role is ideal for a seasoned staging professional with an outstanding design portfolio, advanced project management skills, and a passion for creating market-leading results.

The successful candidate will oversee luxury and high-volume staging projects from concept to installation, elevate design standards across the organization, and help continue our company as the premier staging firm in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

- Lead all aspects of residential staging projects, including consultations, design planning, inventory selection, installation, and project completion.
- Create compelling, market-driven staging designs that maximize property value and buyer appeal.
- Ensure all projects are executed on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct final quality-control inspections before client photography and listing launches.

Design Excellence

- Stay current with North American design trends, furniture styles, buyer demographics, and real estate market preferences.
- Develop innovative staging concepts that set current industry benchmarks.
- Continuously refine company staging standards, processes, and visual merchandising practices.
