The Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Contract Administrator (CA) to act as our on-site representative during tender and construction phases. You'll bring a balanced approach to technical oversight, code compliance, and on-site problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

● Monitor contractor performance and design conformance on-site.

● Conduct site reviews and issue progress, quality, and workmanship reports.

● Review contractor pricing, monthly progress claims, and project closeout documentation.

● Provide support for supplemental instructions, directives, and change proposals.

● Coordinate as-built records, O&M; manuals, and life-safety occupancy reviews.

What We're Looking For:

● Experience:



Minimum 10 years working in commercial/institutional environments as an electrical journeyperson.

● Licensing: Valid Electrical Journeyperson’s License (SK or recognized Canadian jurisdiction) and a valid Class 5 driver's license.

● Knowledge: Solid grasp of the Canadian Electrical Code and proper job-site safety principles.

● Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, professional demeanor, and comfort with construction software and field sketching.

● Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites throughout Saskatchewan and Western Canada. Vehicles and all costs related to travel and trip costs are provided by PWA.
