Verhoef Electric Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to work alongside our Project Management Team, assisting in coordinating a variety of commercial and horticulture projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Help the Project Management Team plan, schedule, and track multiple projects from start to closeout
- Prepare and send out project paperwork, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Organize project files, drawings, and records
- Be a point of contact for clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Schedule site visits, meetings, and inspections, and send out agendas and follow-up notes
- Prepare status reports and updates for clients and management
- Help us choose and set up a job-tracking system

About You

- 3-7 years’ experience in project coordination or job administration
- Highly organized, proactive,



and a explicit communicator
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Electrical or construction background is a major plus

Work Location:

- Head Office, Jordan Station
- Willing to travel throughout Niagara to various sites as needed

Working days:

- Typical work week Monday to Friday
- Flexibility required based on specific job demands

Typical start and end time:

- 7:00am – 4:00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
