Full-Time Position (or Two Part-Time Positions)

Location: Vegan Street – Inglewood, Calgary

Schedule:

- Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Thursday–Sunday: 4:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Monday & Wednesday: OFF

We're ideally looking for one full-time team member but are open to hiring two part-time employees for the right fit!

Vegan Street and The Attic are locally owned, plant-based restaurants in the heart of Inglewood! We're passionate about excellent food, sustainability, inclusivity, and creating a welcoming space for our guests and our team.

We have a busy, energetic kitchen where teamwork makes all the difference, and we're looking for someone wonderful to join our crew!

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated dishwasher who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in a job well done!

Our kitchen can get pretty lively, especially during dinner service, so we're hoping to find someone who is comfortable working at a steady pace, staying organized, and helping their teammates along the way.

You don't need years of experience! A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a great work ethic are what matter most to us.

What You'll Be Doing

- Washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the dishwashing area clean, tidy, and organized
- Restocking clean dishes and kitchen tools so our cooks have everything they need
- Helping with general kitchen cleaning and closing duties
- Following food safety and sanitation practices
- Working alongside our kitchen team to keep things running smoothly during service

- Previous kitchen experience is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person!

- Starting wage of $17/hour + tips (averaging approximately $2/hour in tips, with more during our busiest months!)
