This Controller role supports an established, successful project-based business and its Leadership Team. You will lead accounting and finance, manage a small team, and remain hands-on with daily business needs. The position connects financial performance with operational planning, business improvements, and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead accounting and finance functions while managing a small team
- Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Manage progress billings, deposits, and project profitability
- Partner with leadership on planning and financial decisions




- Improve financial processes, systems, and controls

Requirements:

- Approximately 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Leadership experience overseeing a finance and accounting function
- Project-based, construction, or contracting experience is an asset
- CPA designation is an asset, not required
- Bachelor's Degree and five years of project accounting preferred
