Your Role

To support us in our efforts to take on new and challenging projects,



Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Project Manager with specialized expertise in the execution of building and/or infrastructure construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Build solid relationships with clients and serve as a single point of contact to ensure the achievement of their strategic goals and aspirations
- Lead work programs and major capital projects of varying size, scope, and complexity
- Meet or exceed client expectations for all projects and represent their interests regarding contractual and technical matters
- Lead project meetings and client meetings. Manage multiple stakeholders and communication flows
- Provide regular progress reports on projects through schedule updates, meeting minutes, financial data, and other reports
- Oversee and manage the change management process,
