## OverviewJoin AtkinsRéalis as a Railway Infrastructure Specialist and contribute to the delivery of major railway and public transit projects. Working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will serve as a technical authority, guiding the development of creative railway infrastructure solutions and helping shape best practices across complex projects.## Your Role
* Act as the technical expert for railway infrastructure and provide leadership on complex design, integration, and implementation challenges.
* Develop, apply, and maintain railway design criteria, standards,



and practices while supporting the development of internal standards and technical best practices.
* Perform complex technical analyses, recommend appropriate solutions, and support design teams in resolving major technical challenges.
* Participate in establishing project concepts and technical directions, including carrying out the geometric design of railway infrastructure.
* Review and approve technical studies, analyses, and deliverables, and participate in interdisciplinary reviews and interface integration activities.
* Advise project managers on technical risks and opportunities and contribute to the preparation of technical proposals and service offerings.
* Mentor junior engineers and designers, support knowledge
