Donkers Millwrighting Services Inc. is currently seeking Licensed Millwrights , 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentices, Certified Welders, and Fitter/Welders to join our growing team.

We are looking for long-term team members who take pride in quality workmanship and working safely.

This position involves shop and field work, travel to job sites, occasional overnight stays, and participation in on-call work.

Qualifications

- Licensed Industrial Mechanic Millwright or 2nd/3rd year apprentice
- CWB and/or TSSA welding tickets (where applicable)
- Experience in fitting and custom fabrication
- Equipment and machinery rigging experience
- Field experience as a Construction Millwright or industrial tradesperson
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical systems
- First Aid training (preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Professional when representing the company on job sites
- In possession of required PPE including safety boots, hard hat, and safety glasses
- In possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Work Schedule

- Full time position: shifts may vary based on project requirements
- Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on workload
- Field assignments may be required depending on job needs

Compensation & Benefits

- $34–$48 per hour, based on experience, performance, and certifications
- Benefits available after 3 months of employment
