What You'll Do:

- Manage recruitment across transportation and supply chain roles (drivers, dispatch, warehouse, operations, leadership)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Post jobs and manage requisitions through our ATS
- Coordinate interviews and offers
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and client service
- Grow your own desk with full ownership of clients and placements

Experience We're Looking For:

- 1-2+ years in recruitment (agency experience preferred)
- Transportation, logistics, or supply chain recruitment is a plus
- Comfortable using ATS and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and a practical, results-focused work style
- Willingness to develop business development skills if not already experienced
