Job Summary

Prepare and serve drinks and food at Blend Bar in Cambridge while creating a welcoming, productive experience for customers. As a Barista / Team Member, you’ll support daily service, handle transactions, and help keep the team’s work area organized and safe.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, take orders, answer questions, and provide attentive customer service.
- Prepare beverages and food, serve orders accurately, and follow food-handling and food-safety practices.
- Use POS systems, including Micros POS, to process payments and manage cash accurately; apply basic math when handling transactions.
- Coordinate with colleagues, manage time during busy periods, and maintain a clean, orderly service area.

Requirements

Required: Practical customer service, serving, food preparation, food service, food handling, food safety, basic math, cashiering, cash handling, POS use, and time-management capabilities support safe, accurate daily service. Preferred: Barista experience, food-industry experience, and familiarity with Micros POS can help you prepare orders confidently, serve customers efficiently, and contribute to a coordinated team.

Pay: $17.60-$28.02 per hour
