Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and mechanical and electrical knowledge, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Duties
- Perform diagnostics on HVAC equipment to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Have the ability to use various tools to conduct repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret wiring schematics to understand electrical systems and components of the equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their equipment and identify their needs and providing solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area/truck, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Proficiency in using tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Experience working as a service technician is preferred.
- Ability to perform repairs as needed on HVAC equipment.
- Capability to handle heavy lifting as required during repair processes.
- Gas Fitter 2 license required
- 313D licence preferred
