Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server/Bartender to provide welcoming and efficient service in a hospitality-focused environment. This role combines serving guests, preparing and serving beverages, processing transactions, and helping maintain a clean, safe dining area. Restaurant or food service experience is valued, and familiarity with Micros POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, explain menu options, answer questions, and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit.
- Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders using a POS system; experience with Micros POS is helpful.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, checking that orders are accurate and guests’ needs are met.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with established procedures and applicable food safety practices.
- Process guest payments, operate the register, and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain clean, organized service stations and dining areas, and follow food handling and sanitation procedures.




- Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to support smooth, timely service.
- Manage multiple tables and tasks while maintaining attention to detail and a positive, professional manner.

Requirements

- Robust customer service, communication, and hospitality skills.
- Serving and bartending ability; prior restaurant, food industry, or food service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems; Micros POS experience is a plus.
- Basic math and practical math skills for order accuracy, payments, and cash handling.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling practices, or willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a guest-focused approach.

Pay: $16.60-$17.65 per hour
