We are headquartered in Halifax and the market leader for commercial audiovisual integration sales and service in Nova Scotia. That means we design, sell, install and service videoconferencing rooms, paging systems, digital signage systems, theatres, to name but a few. We have been in business for 50 years and are continuing to grow and evolve with the technology and the markets we serve.
Our installation technicians are the best in the industry! They are the face of Backman Vidcom and our reputation depends on their work ethic, and expertise and ability to carry out interesting and challenging installations.
That means our technicians must have experience in AV, security or low voltage equipment, terminations. You must be willing to learn and commit to becoming a CTS - the gold standard in AV.
Wages are based on experience level. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. You must be in Canada and able to work in Canada in order to be considered.
