Flowealth Institute is looking for a Canada-based partner to lead our growth across Canada. This role starts as a commission-based Canada Partnerships Lead, with a clear path to co-founder equity.

Flowealth Institute of Technology and Innovation Inc. is a global technology education and innovation institution with locations in Edmonton, Warri, Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. We have trained 1,000+ students, supported 200+ businesses and built 20+ partnerships. We teach AI, data analysis, cybersecurity, web development, cloud computing, digital marketing and more through live online classes, self-paced courses, workshops and corporate training.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are proven in Nigeria and ready to scale in Canada. We have the curriculum, trainers, content and delivery team. We need a partner who knows the Canadian market and can open doors to institutions, employers and funders, while our founder leads curriculum and delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Build partnerships with newcomer agencies, colleges, libraries, employers and workforce programs in Alberta, then across Canada
- Sell AI and digital skills training to organisations: corporate workshops, newcomer and youth programs, and staff upskilling
- Find and apply for grants and government-funded training programs with the founder
- Represent Flowealth Institute at events, panels and business networks
- Help shape our Canadian pricing,



programs and brand
- Own the Canada sales pipeline and report results monthly

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- An established network in Canadian education, workforce development, settlement services, nonprofits or corporate learning
- A track record in partnerships, business development or B2B sales, ideally in training or education
- Understanding of how Canadian employers, colleges and funders choose training providers
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven and excited to build something new
- Based in Alberta (Edmonton or Calgary), or able to travel here
- Bonus: experience with grant writing, government contracts or edtech
