You are an experiencedSenior CostManager with 10+years' experience,seeking your next step or are currently working in a similar role within a comparable environment.You’remotivated to join a growing and agile team.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. In this impactful role, you will be providing leadership and direction, activelyembeddingand promoting the purpose, values, and vision of Turner & Townsend.

As aSenior Cost Manager , you will be involved in:

- Lead theArchitectural, Civil and Structuralpost contract cost control of several design packages




- Take ownership ofchangecontrol and advise stakeholders on fundingwhether in-budget, contingency,riskor escalation
- Undertake tender reviews for governance, contractual andbudget alignment
- Participate in programme wide periodic cash flow forecasts, adapting to dynamicschedules and scope
- Participate, in-person, in meetings with the clientand various other stakeholders
- Provide periodiccost / project reports incorporating estimates at completion, early warnings, cashflows and variance tracking
- Support the Project Managerin risk reviews and risk quantification
- Supportthe preparation and management of cost estimates, valueengineeringand cost planningacross all project phases
- Act as the primary client liaison for all cost-related matters
- Mentor and support junior cost consultants and project team members

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in cost management
- A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subjectwith Canadian equivalency if obtained outside Canada (WES etc.)
- Membership of Relevant Professional Organizations such as the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS)or similar
- Reliability clearance with the Government of Canada or ability to obtain itquickly
- Demonstratable experience on at least two projects that have a total value of $100M+
