About the role

As a GTM Engineer you build the systems behind Escalon's growth: automated prospecting, lead enrichment and outreach workflows that put the right conversations in front of our team.

We are looking for a GTM operator who is also a hands-on builder. You understand how a revenue team works, you can turn its problems into working automations, and you have built those solutions yourself rather than only managing the tools and processes around them.

Our buyer and prospect signals live across a CRM, enrichment tools,



outreach platforms, and public and third-party data. You will connect those sources, add context, and build workflows that show our team who to engage, why, when and with what message.

You do not need to be a traditional software engineer. You may come from revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, GTM systems or a similar technical GTM function. Because Escalon builds AI systems for clients, you will also be a first-hand user of the kind of AI workflows we recommend.
