*Hiring for a Cashier Position*

As a Cashier/Guest Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the exterior and interior cleanliness of the store, and assisting with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Although as a Guest Service Attendant, during your shift, you are accountable and responsible for ensuring guest service and safety standards, a list that includes but not limited to general duties/responsibilities related to this position are listed below:

1. Customer Service:

- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and during their visit.

- Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and promotions.

- Provide information on loyalty programs, fuel and carwash options.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

2. Cash Handling:

- Operate the cash register and process sales transactions efficiently.

- Conduct end-of-shift cash reconciliations and ensure cash drawers are balanced.

3. Sales and Inventory Management:

- Stock and organize merchandise, including snacks, beverages, and car care products.

- Promote and upsell products, services, and loyalty programs to enhance sales.

4. Fuel Operations:





- Monitor fuel pump functionality and report any issues to management.

- Ensure that fuel station areas are clean and well-maintained.

5. Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of fuel and hazardous materials.

- Report any safety hazards, spills, or suspicious activities to management immediately.

- Participate in safety training and follow company policies.

6. Store Maintenance:

- Keep the store, restrooms, and outdoor areas clean and organized.

- Perform routine checks on equipment and facilities to ensure proper operation.

- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal merchandise.

7. Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Working Conditions:

- Fast-paced environment with high customer traffic.

- Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of merchandise.

- Exposure to outdoor elements when assisting customers at fuel pumps.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
