Cascade Aqua-Tech is currently hiring a full time Warehouse Associate/Customer Service Representative for our Victoria Branch.

We are a well-established company specializing in waterproofing, sealant, and glazing supplies for the construction industry. With several branches across Western Canada, we take pride in delivering quality products and exceptional service to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide superior customer service and work closely with the Sales team to meet customers’ needs
- Provide our customers product recommendations and technical information
- Process orders from walk-in, email, fax, and phone customers in a prompt and courteous manner
- Shipping and receiving duties
- Inventory management, including:
- Preparing and performing weekly cycle counts
- Assisting with inventory preparation and counts
- Picking and preparing orders
- Forklift experience is required

- Has experience in both warehousing and customer service
