Vicars School of Massage Therapy is hiring a friendly, organized Clinic Clerk/Receptionist to support our student massage therapy clinic in Edmonton. This is a great part‑time role for someone who enjoys customer service, wellness, and a warm, collaborative work environment.

Schedule

Part-time, often 4-4.5 hour shifts with occasional full days:

- Mon-Thurs: 10:30-2:30, 12:30-4:30, 3-7, 5-9
- Friday: 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Occasional daytime shift coverage (approx. 9am to 5pm)

What You’ll Do

- Greet clients, check them in, and support rebooking
- Answer phones and emails professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash records
- Provide information about clinic services
- Keep digital and paper records organized and up to date
- Restock and maintain clinic supplies
- Support the clinic supervisor and student massage therapists
- Complete daily operational tasks (laundry, cleaning, general upkeep)
- Assist with promoting our student clinics
- Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to learn new software quickly (experience with administration, reception, customer service, or massage therapy is an asset)

Training, mentorship, and software onboarding (Jane App) are provided.
