Job Summary

We’re on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their purchases and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, providing product information when needed.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments.
- Maintain an organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise is properly merchandised and stocked.




- Upsell products by suggesting complementary items or promotions to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries in person with professionalism and clear communication skills.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick and efficient service.
- Follow all store policies regarding cash handling, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.

Skills

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and POS systems is advantageous.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks effectively.
