Your Responsibilities as an Entry-Level Account Manager

- Meet with customers in person, understand their needs, and recommend products and services that fit, driving new sales and account growth.
- Open and set up new customer accounts accurately, keeping every detail organized.
- Follow up with existing customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and spot opportunities for upgrades and additional sales.
- Stay informed on product features, updates, and changes so your recommendations are always current.
- Keep clear records of customer conversations and account activity.




- Partner with teammates to share ideas and reach daily sales and service goals.
