What You'll Be Doing

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you'll diagnose plumbing issues, recommend solutions, perform repairs, and deliver exceptional service to residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Perform plumbing installations, service repairs, and replacements.
- Conduct drain cleaning and blockage removal.
- Assess plumbing issues and recommend effective, long-lasting solutions.
- Prepare accurate on-site estimates and clearly explain recommended services and pricing.
- Identify additional plumbing concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Determine the materials, equipment, and labour required for each job.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide an excellent service experience.
- Complete assigned service calls efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards.
- Maintain accurate job documentation, service notes, and invoices.
- Keep your company truck, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a skilled, dependable plumber who is confident in their abilities, takes initiative, and enjoys working directly with customers.

Requirements:

- 2 Years of Plumbing Experience – REQUIRED
- Valid driver's license.
- Previous experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing service.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.




- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in plumbing service and repair.
- Drain cleaning and diagnostic experience.
- Previous sales experience or experience providing on-site estimates.
- Strong customer relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently present repair options and recommendations to customers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced service environment.
