Sector 7 Networks is your neighbourhood IT team. We keep Fraser Valley businesses running with proactive IT support, flat monthly pricing, and real people who pick up the phone. When our clients call, they reach a real local technician, not an offshore call centre. We’re looking for someone to be that technician.

Most of our clients are businesses with 10–50 employees. They don’t need a ticket number. They need someone who knows their setup, shows up when it matters, and explains things in plain English. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

What you’ll do

- Visit client sites across the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver to install, troubleshoot, and maintain their IT
- Set up and support workstations, laptops, printers, and network gear (switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
- Handle Microsoft 365 setup, user onboarding, and day-to-day issues
- Support endpoint security, backups, and disaster recovery for the businesses that depend on us
- Spot problems before they turn into a day of downtime
- Document your work clearly in our ticketing system so the whole team stays in the loop
- Be the friendly, familiar face our clients know by name

What we’re looking for

- 1-2 years in IT support, help desk, or field service
- Solid troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- You speak English, not IT.



You can explain a problem to a business owner without jargon or condescension
- You’re reliable. When you say you’ll be there, you’re there
- Valid BC driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
- Able to pass a criminal record check

Nice to have

- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience at a managed service provider (MSP)
- Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools like Kaseya, Connectwise, NinjaOne, etc.
