Job Summary

As a Cashier/Customer Service team member, you’ll support customers with purchases, product questions, and a smooth checkout experience. You’ll use POS technology, communicate clearly, and help keep merchandise organized and easy to shop.

Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately, handle cash, and use basic math to verify payments and change.
- Welcome customers, answer questions with professional phone etiquette, and provide helpful, attentive service.
- Support retail sales by explaining products, demonstrating features, and suggesting relevant options or add-ons.
- Assist with merchandising, maintain an orderly checkout area, and manage tasks with care and positive time management.

Experience

Required: Clear communication, customer service, cashiering, cash handling, POS skills, basic math, organization, and time management support accurate transactions and responsive assistance. Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, including technology sales, product demos, or upselling; bilingual or multilingual abilities are valuable for serving a wider range of customers.

Pay: From $16.40 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
