Candidate(s) should be very actively involved with cross-border Intermodal operations and have current employment experience with a 3PL Freight Brokerage or an IMC (Intermodal brokerage/marketing company)... This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week in office.

Key responsibilities are:

- Moving loads on both CN & CP which would include on 40’ and 53’ equipment.
- Reserving equipment
- Dispatching to either CN or CP or outside drayman
- Booking rain reservations if required
- Knowing various service types (plan 20, 22, 25 & 27) on both railroads.
- Rail billing on both railroads as well as tracking and tracing up, setting up deliveries at destination within free time allotment.

Should also be involved with cross border intermodal shipments (outbound on CN/CP)



as well as inbound shipments origination on the Union Pacific and Norfolk Southern with EMHU equipment.

- Be involved with reserving equipment on Blume website.
- Rail billing inbound & outbound shipments (53’s) on UP, NS and on 40’ providers websites like Express Systems Intermodal (ESI)
- Have a general working knowledge of US intermodal ramps and dray carriers off of various US ramps.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

- 3PL Cross-border Intermodal Brokerage Operations: 3 years (required)
