We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry / Accounts Payable Clerk to support our office team.

Position Overview

This role is primarily focused on data entry and accounts payable processing. You will help keep our financial records organized and up to date by entering invoices, matching documents, filing and assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

This is an excellent position for someone who wants flexible, part-time hours in a stable and professional work environment.

Schedule & Hours

- Part-time: Approximately 6–10 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- Work can be completed anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Enter vendor invoices accurately into the accounting system
- Match invoices and receipts with statements
- Maintain organized physical filing systems
- Match credit card receipts with statements
- Support month-end bookkeeping tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounting data entry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with accounting software (QuickBooks Premier 2024)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel outlook and general computer use
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
