WE’RE HIRING — BARISTA / ALL ROUNDER/El Pacho Coffee Roasters | Toronto, near Union Station

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly and motivated person to join our team. We’re an independent specialty coffee shop serving coffee roasted by us, homemade pastries and freshly prepared sandwiches.

The role includes:

- Preparing espresso drinks and all other beverages
- Taking orders, handling payments and welcoming customers
- Preparing and serving sandwiches and pastries
- Keeping the café clean, organized and stocked
- Opening and closing duties

We’re looking for someone with:

- Barista experience, ideally in specialty coffee REQUIRED
- Confident spoken English and solid customer service skills is REQUIRED
- The ability to work efficiently during busy periods
- Attention to detail and a willingness to help wherever needed
- Availability for early mornings and weekends

We’re looking for a long-term team member.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
