Responsibilities:

- Prepare quotes, process sales and handle inquiries
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner
- Advising and dispatching technicians of work that must be completed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract
- Basic mechanical aptitude and previous exposure to retail vehicles an asset
