Job Description

The Regional Manager, Private Banking is responsible for providing sales leadership and oversight to a team of Private Banking professionals, with a focus on driving business performance, developing talent, strengthening credit capabilities, and delivering an exceptional High Net Worth client experience. This role leads the execution of Private Banking strategies within the market, coaches and develops colleagues to achieve business and client objectives, and builds strong partnerships across TD to deepen client relationships and identify growth opportunities.



The role is also responsible for maintaining strong credit, risk, and operational practices across the team.

Key Accountabilities

- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Private Banking professionals, which may include Senior Private Bankers, Private Bankers, Associate Private Bankers, and Credit Analysts.
- Drive business results through disciplined sales leadership, coaching, performance management, and accountability for individual and team objectives.
- Support the development and execution of sales and business development strategies aligned with market and Private Banking objectives.
- Foster a performance-oriented culture focused on accountability, client acquisition, relationship deepening, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear performance expectations and development objectives, providing regular feedback, recognition, and coaching to drive both individual and team success.
- Provide leadership and oversight on credit activities, strengthening team expertise in credit fundamentals, deal structuring, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
