As Lead UX Designer, you will own the next-generation tool’s customer experience end to end. You will guide research, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and design systems. The work serves sellers, partners, direct customers, and replacement buyers across regions. You will partner with product, architecture, vendors, sales, customer service, and order-entry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set UX vision, strategy, standards, and experience principles
- Lead designers, review work, and mentor the team
- Run research and create personas, journey maps, and roadmaps
- Own design systems,



content guidelines, and accessibility standards
- Measure usability, adoption, task completion, and user satisfaction

Requirements:

- Minimum ten years in UX or product design
- Three years leading products end to end and designers
- Experience designing B2B transactional tools such as CPQ
- Expertise in user-centered design and design thinking
- Advanced design-tool skills, including Figma
