Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Retail, Hospitality, and Commercial Property Security Specialists to ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises. This role involves monitoring, patrolling, and responding to security incidents across various settings such as retail stores, hospitality venues, and commercial properties. Ideal candidates will possess strong observational skills, a qualified demeanor, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment for staff, customers, and property. Prior experience in security services or surveillance is highly valued. Responsibilities

- Conduct regular patrols of assigned retail, hospitality, or commercial property locations to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Monitor surveillance systems and review footage to identify suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies in accordance with established protocols.
- Enforce property policies by managing access points and assisting visitors or staff as needed.
- Write detailed incident reports documenting security events and actions taken.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.




- Maintain a visible presence to promote safety and provide assistance to staff and visitors.
- Conduct safety inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

- Prior experience in law enforcement, surveillance, or related security fields is preferred.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to detect suspicious behavior or safety hazards.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with staff, visitors, and law enforcement agencies.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during stressful situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Must be reliable with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to pass background checks and any required licensing or certification processes relevant to security roles.

This position is integral in creating secure environments across multiple industries by leveraging expertise in surveillance and law enforcement principles. Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
