Position Summary

The Facility Assistant is a hands-on position responsible for supporting the receiving, processing, and shipping of grain and special crops at MobilGrain's Delisle facility.

The successful candidate will collect grain samples, prepare and load railcars and trucks, maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, and help ensure the facility remains clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect grain samples for quality analysis.
- Prepare, weigh, and load railcars and trucks for shipment.
- Handle shipping documentation and maintain grain samples.
- Receive and accurately record products, noting any quality issues, damages, or shortages.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility through housekeeping and warehouse tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience with grain and/or special crops considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and proactive work ethic.




- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
