Location: Northern Ontario
Department: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Pay Rate: $70/hr
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 3 months with possibility of extension
Travel: Provided ($0.70/km)
Accommodation: Provided

Qualifications – Long-Term Care Home

- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Canadian Long-Term Care nursing experience required
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as required

Responsibilities

Registered Nurses (RNs) are required to adhere to the scope of practice as defined by the College of Nurses of Ontario. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and provide ongoing nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement resident care plans
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident health records
- Ensure compliance with Long-Term Care regulations,



infection control practices, and safety standards

Note: Duties may vary slightly based on the facility and shift, with specific guidance provided during site orientation.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of relevant Canadian Long-Term Care nursing experience required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
