Responsibilities

- Deliver attentive, professional, and courteous service throughout the guests’ dining experience.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, daily specials, and available food and beverage options.
- Assist guests in selecting dishes and drinks based on their preferences and dietary requirements.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and staff.
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all items meet the restaurant’s service and presentation standards.
- Transparent and clean tables, sanitize dining surfaces,



and prepare seating areas for incoming guests.
- Prepare tables, arrange cutlery, glassware, and other dining essentials before service begins.
- Prepare and present guest bills accurately, process payments, and handle transactions professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and consistently high service standards.
