Position:

We are currently looking to hire experienced cap flashing installers to help our growing team in Calgary. Projects vary from high end residential to large commercial projects. Hours are weather dependent, but 40-50 hours average a week.

What we are looking for:

Our Ideal candidate will be a reliable and responsible person who can work efficiently in a team atmosphere, using their knowledge and skills to achieve the task at hand. A secure professional mentality and solid work ethic are important to our company culture.

Tasks (not limited to):

- Prep materials
- Membrane
- Install wind clip
- Install cap flashings
- Detail standing seam corners & tie ins.
- Work with limited supervision.




- Protect the roof work area and clean up as they go.

Requirements:

- Valid Drivers License or the ability to get to various job sites
- Basic Hand Tools
- PPE (Hard Hat, Steel Toe Boots, Eye protection, Gloves)
- Follow Foreman/Lead Hand instruction
- Follow Safety Procedures
- Comfortable working at heights
- Experience in applicable trade
- Safety Tickets (CSTS, and Fall Pro.) - Recertification can/will be provided for hired workers, in the course of employment.
