About Us: Dr. West Aesthetic Medicine is a growing physician-led cosmetic medicine practice located in Burlington, Ontario. We are expanding services and locations, we are looking for a passionate and driven Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician to join our agile team.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical:

- Perform treatments based on company protocols and standards
- Offer Skin Care Treatments such as facials, Oxygeneo facials, microneedling, chemical peels, and radio frequency (Inmode Forma)
- Provide laser skin treatments such as Laser Hair Removal & IPL (InMode Diolaze & Lumecca)
- Experience with Laser Tattoo Removal using Candella PicoWay an asset
- Experience with Aerolase Neo/Era, Candela Nordlys 1940/1550nm, RF microneedling an asset
- Educate clients about pre- and post-care treatment instructions
- Understand client skincare goals and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Perform skin analysis and provide professional skincare recommendations using brands like SkinCeuticals and SkinBetter and Alumier
- Complete required documentation after each visit, including before & after pictures

Administrative:

- Assist with front desk duties: answering the phone, scheduling, managing client records, and handling retail sales of skincare products
- Maintain treatment rooms: stocking, cleaning, and sterilization of instruments
- Ensure the clinic remains clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times
- Promote and participate in clinic social media

Personal:

- Build strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure they return for more treatments and refer others




- Collaborate with the team to create a supportive, energetic clinic environment where clients feel valued

Who You Are:

- Certified Medical Aesthetician with a diploma from a recognized institution
- Experience with PicoWay Laser and tattoo removal is an asset
- Knowledge of InMode technology is an asset
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics
- Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, melasma, etc.
- Experience with a range of Fitzpatrick skin tones
- Familiar with medical-grade skincare products and able to promote them effectively
- Ability to upsell and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
- A collaborative team player with a positive, results-driven attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25-$35 per hour
Expected Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, occasional Saturdays
